We accept max. 8 persons per booking. Multi-room bookings for more than 8 people are classed as a group booking and would need to book by telephone.  If booking multiple separate rooms a bond will need to be signed upon check in.  Credit card (not debit card) details may need to be taken upon check in to secure us against damage, theft, excessive behaviour, if these decline a cash bond will need to be provided.  We will not tolerate anti-social or abusive behavior to other guests or staff. For security reasons only checked in guests are allowed in the hotel, hostel or apartments.

Booking Conditions:

Weekends in Cocoon Pod Hotel and International Inn Serviced Apartments are Minimum 2 night stay.

We do not charge a fee for online bookings!
Credit card:
A valid credit card is required as guarantee. Nothing will be charged until arrival, if booking a Cocoon room, an apartment or sole use room for 3 or more people you will need to leave credit card (not debit card) details as a bond  for pre-authorisation at check in if these details decline a cash deposit will need to be left as a bond No Show: In case of "No Show" we will charge your card with the cost of the first night. ID: All guests will be required to show ID at check in.

Cancellation & Amendment policy:

Individuals & couples - 48 hours notice required

Groups 3 to 9 people - 72hrs (3 days) notice required

Serviced apartments - 1 weeks notice required

Groups of 10 or more - 2 weeks notice required

Any cancellations or amendments within the above periods we will charge the cost of the 1st night to your card

This is mostly done through anonymous statistics. The anonymous statistics may be used for all kind of tasks. The data is stored in our data centers. Under certain circumstances we transmit/receive data to/from different provider (third party systems). We are connected through interfaces to OTAs (online travel agencies) but also some specific web services. It is also possible, that some data is sent to a hostel specific subsystem (via URL).
