What is a "Confirmed Booking"

By doing a “Confirmed Booking” you can check our availability and book the beds/rooms immediately. You will get an immediate confirmation Email from us.

You don´t have to reply to this Email – your booking is secure.

Our provider charges you a non-refundable 1,50€. The payment for your booking is due at Check in. 

1. If a customer cancels the contract made with the Hostel up to 2 days before the day of arrival, the Hostel may charge 10% of the total value of the booking. If a customer cancels the contract made with the Hostel within 2 days of arrival, the Hostel may charge 50% of the total value of the booking. If the customer cancels on the day of arrival, or in case of a no-show, the Hostel may charge 100% of the total value of the booking.

In case of group bookings (meaning 10 people and more) our terms and conditions http://uinnberlinhostel.com/terms/ apply and you don´t need to pay a cancellation fee if you cancel up to one month in advance.

If you simply want to check availability or have any questions, please do not use this form and contact us directly.

If you make a confirmed booking your credit card will be checked immediately. In case your credit card details are not valid or correct your booking will not be accepted. We are not required to inform you if your booking has not been accepted Please also make sure you provide a valid Email address, since we cannot send you the confirmation Email otherwise.

To cancel your booking you simply need your booking number and your family name.

You will find all relevant details on our confirmation Email.

As mentioned above we only charge the total value of your booking in case of a no show. (No show meaning check in after 11pm on your day of arrival, except Late Check ins arranged with us in advance, which have to be done in a written form)

If you are a group of more than 10 people*, please contact the Hostel before making a booking via phone, Email or Fax.

We will charge your credit card for all damages caused by any members of your group according to our House Rules as well as our General Terms and Conditions. Our house rules have to be read and understood by every member of the group at Check In.

Privacy statement <U inn Berlin Hostel > is responsible for this system. alixon gmbh, switzerland provides the software solution and processes and stores (personal) data in their name. <U inn Berlin Hostel > is the owner of the processed data. alixon gmbh uses the data for optimization and development. This is mostly done through anonymous statistics. The anonymous statistics may be used for all kind of tasks. The data is stored in our data centers. Under certain circumstances we transmit/receive data to/from different provider (third party systems). We are connected through interfaces to OTAs (online travel agencies) but also some specific web services. It is also possible, that some data is sent to a hostel specific subsystem (via URL).
