What is a "Confirmed
By doing a
“Confirmed Booking” you can check our availability and book the
beds/rooms immediately. You will get an
immediate confirmation Email from us.
You don´t have to
reply to this Email – your booking is secure.
Our provider charges you a non-refundable 1,50€. The payment for your booking is due at Check in.
1. If a customer cancels the contract made with
the Hostel up to 2 days before the day of arrival, the Hostel may charge 10% of
the total value of the booking. If a customer cancels the contract made with
the Hostel within 2 days of arrival, the Hostel may charge 50% of the total value
of the booking. If the customer cancels on the day of arrival, or in case of a
no-show, the Hostel may charge 100% of the total value of the booking.
In case of group
bookings (meaning 10 people and more) our terms and conditions http://uinnberlinhostel.com/terms/
apply and you don´t need to pay a cancellation fee if you cancel up
to one month in advance.
General Conditions for
Our General Terms
apply, except for the terms mentioned above.
If you simply want
to check availability or have any questions, please do not use this
form and contact us directly.
If you make
booking your credit card will be checked immediately. In case your
credit card details are not valid or correct your booking will not be
accepted. We are not required to inform you if your booking has not
been accepted Please also make sure you provide a valid Email address,
since we cannot send you the confirmation Email otherwise.
To cancel your booking you
simply need your booking number and your family name.
You will find all
relevant details on our confirmation Email.
As mentioned above
we only charge the total value of your booking in case of a no show.
(No show meaning check in after 11pm on your day of arrival, except Late Check
ins arranged with us in advance, which have to be done in a written form)
If you are a group
of more than 10 people*, please contact the
Hostel before making a booking via phone, Email or Fax.
We will charge your
credit card for all damages caused by any members of your group
according to our House Rules as well as our General Terms and
Conditions. Our house rules have to be read and understood by every
member of the group at Check In.
