Please note that our booking policy requires that you check in with us no later than 2 PM. Please pre-pay for the first night by Pay-Pal which guarantees your bed. If at any point you will be late, please advise via email info@gilibackpackers.com  or mobile number +62 (0) 8 123 96 546 63 so we can still save your reservation. Otherwise, your booking will be reallocated and your beds will not be guaranteed if you haven't paid 

No Show:
In case of a "no show" we'll charge the first night's rate already paid on Pay Pal.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations and modifications are allowed up to 48 hours prior arrival
without any costs. You can do this anytime online using this same booking engine and selecting. Cancellations made 24 hours before are non-refundable.
 

"Weather conditions: Unfortunately we are unable to refund any deposits paid on booking including pay pal invoices as we need at least 48 hours notice, noted in our terms and conditions. Boats, planes and transfers cancelled due to weather is out of our control. We are happy to change your booking for a later date should we have availability, however this needs to be done in advance via email."

Privacy statement <Gili Castle> is responsible for this system. alixon gmbh, switzerland provides the software solution and processes and stores (personal) data in their name. <Gili Castle> is the owner of the processed data. alixon gmbh uses the data for optimization and development. This is mostly done through anonymous statistics. The anonymous statistics may be used for all kind of tasks. The data is stored in our data centers. Under certain circumstances we transmit/receive data to/from different provider (third party systems). We are connected through interfaces to OTAs (online travel agencies) but also some specific web services. It is also possible, that some data is sent to a hostel specific subsystem (via URL).
